Head of People

Responsibilities

Own People policies, frameworks, and practices across our markets
Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, escalations, and complex people situations
Support managers with performance management, feedback, corrective actions, and difficult conversations
Ensure fair, consistent handling of promotions, performance issues, exits, and disciplinary matters
Maintain and evolve employee handbook(s) and internal people guidelines
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations across all entities
Partner with Legal on contracts, disputes, terminations, and risk mitigation
Proactively identify people-related risks and address them before they become problems
Manage external advisors (employment lawyers, HR consultants) when needed
Ensure policies and practice are reflected in systems and processes
Partner with Finance on compensation structures, payroll implications, and benefits governance
Collaborate with Security on access, offboarding, and sensitive cases
Ensure HR data, documentation, and processes support both compliance and decision-making

Required

Experience in HR leadership roles, preferably as a Head of People or similar position
Strong understanding of employee policies, compliance, and performance frameworks
Proven ability to support managers with performance management and difficult conversations
Experience in handling employee relations matters and complex people situations
Knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations
Ability to proactively identify and mitigate people-related risks
Experience in collaborating with legal and external advisors on HR matters
Strong business acumen and understanding of how HR enables business operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain and evolve employee handbooks and internal guidelines
Experience in ensuring HR data and processes support compliance and decision-making
