Quincy Credit Union is currently seeking a personable, patient, and service-oriented individual to join their team as a full-time teller. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to members and assist them with a wide range of financial transactions.

Responsibilities

Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service by greeting members warmly, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner
Educate members on various credit union products and services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, and electronic banking options
Maintain a neat and organized workstation, adhering to all security and compliance procedures
Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and promote a positive work environment

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
Availability to work 1-2 Saturdays a month

Preferred

Previous customer service experience preferred
