Responsibilities

Manage the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing deals and coordinating a seamless transition to the customer success team
Develop and engage new leads through thoughtful outreach, referrals, and targeted campaigns
Deliver tailored, solution-focused demos that clearly articulate value
Identify customer needs and align solutions to address specific business challenges
Maintain accurate records, track performance, and forecast revenue in CRM
Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to refine messaging and support a cohesive customer journey

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Experience managing the complete sales cycle, from outreach to signed agreement
Proficient in using CRM systems to manage pipelines, log activities, and accurately forecast revenue - you'll learn ours!
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering customer-focused product demos
A proactive, organized approach and enthusiasm for contributing to a purpose-driven, growth-minded team

Preferred

1-2 years of experience in CRM or AI SaaS
Understanding of MEDDPICC or other sales qualification methodologies
Strong analytical skills to assess pipeline performance and improve sales strategies
