Senior Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities
Coordinate company wide budget submissions, perform analysis of submitted data, identify risks and opportunities in the underlying assumptions relative to the company’s overall objectives
Compile comprehensive network and depreciation data, including detailed schedules, to support 3-year financial plan
Reconcile cash flow across financial systems, analyze actual cash flow against budget, and update forecast on a regular basis and bring concerns to senior management
Review monthly depreciation performance, highlighting deviations from Budget and Strat Plan
Track monthly retail network activities and transformation rates
Manage end-end internal capital requests and group validation process, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure projects are thoroughly prepared for monthly Store Network Committee meetings and validate on time
Develop and maintain relationships with Global Store Development, Retail Excellence, Accounting, and regional Finance groups
Perform ad hoc analysis as requested
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of finance experience, preferably in the Capex and Lease Accounting
BS degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with senior management and leadership teams
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
Currently holds or is in pursuit of an MBA
Experience with Hyperion Planning and Business Objects
