Global Key Account Manager -GM

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities with GM
Act as the primary point of contact for GM, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving any emerging issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and product development, to deliver tailored solutions that meet GMs specific needs
Lead initiatives related to Vehicle Lifetime Solutions, ensuring alignment with Schaeffler’s strategic objectives and customer requirements
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competition to identify opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that convey the value proposition of Schaeffler's products and solutions
Monitor key performance indicators and report on account metrics to senior management to ensure target achievement
Manages exist & negotiate new contracts, and agreements, for VT AM and lead negotiations with the customer’s purchasing departments
Forecasting for future budgets plans / multi year
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while maintaining customer trust
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to increase brand awareness and strengthen client relations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the automotive industry
Proven experience managing major accounts, ideally OEMs, with a strong focus on customer relationship management
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience managing GM CCA/ account with a strong focus on customer relationship management
Proficiency in SAP, CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, lifetime service solutions, and automotive market trends
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
