Responsibilities

Prepare, scan, and index physical documents for digital workflows across multiple business units
Ensure all imaging and indexing activities meet quality standards and SLA requirements
Monitor and manage incoming mail volumes, adjusting priorities to maintain timely processing
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity
Adhere to compliance and security protocols for handling sensitive client information
