Complete annual maintenance checks with precision and speed
Work independently in customers’ homes using proven processes and tools
Inspect, maintain, and upgrade waterproofing, foundation, and concrete systems
Deliver outstanding customer service built on trust, professionalism, and genuine care
Identify issues early and recommend effective solutions
Uphold Sure-Dry’s quality, safety, and performance standards
Qualification
Required
Comfort working independently and managing a structured daily route
Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
Passion for customer service and the ability to consistently deliver outstanding customer experience
Ability to work in crawlspaces and lift up to 75 lbs
Valid non-probationary driver's license and safe driving record
Preferred
Construction or trade experience preferred
Consultative sales experience is a plus
