Responsibilities

Perform accurate planning for all spare parts and consumables for distribution and service requirements

Responsible for spare parts forecasting, planning and procurement during the entire product lifecycle - New Product Introduction (NPI), Sustaining Product and End Of Life Product (EOL) to avoid any stock outages and drive delivery performance

Set up of target stocking levels (TSL) and inventory management

Inventory analyses of each product platform, including trends, cost analyses, risk management and recommendations

Single point of contact to manage communications and messaging between regions and product planning counterparts

Ensure that established Fill Rate performance targets and inventory or service commitments are incorporated into the global Spares Plan
