Responsibilities

Lead multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and schedules
Supervise and mentor a team of project managers, superintendents, and support staff to promote growth, accountability, and performance
Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic planning and execution
Engage in client development and preconstruction efforts alongside internal teams
Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners to identify future project opportunities
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards across all active projects
Support business development initiatives through market engagement and proposal efforts

Required
