Responsibilities
Work with a world-class engineering team pushing the boundaries of creativity and content creation on the browser
Own the full API lifecycle from design and implementation to monitoring, optimization, and documentation for both public and internal APIs
Implement comprehensive API security, rate limiting, authentication, and monitoring systems to ensure reliability at scale
Improve the performance, reliability, and code quality of our codebases
Qualification
Required
4+ years of industry experience in a backend focused software engineering role
Fluency of one or more programming languages; TypeScript preferred
Experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization, indexing, and database design
Experience architecting production-ready systems at scale using cloud primitives from AWS, GCP, or Azure
Ability to rapidly prototype solutions and iterate on them with tight product deadlines
