Drafting and review of legal documents, conduct consultations with clients and provide personalized advice and recommendations to clients

Stay updated on changes to laws, regulations, and rulings that may affect clients, conduct legal correspondence and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their concerns, answering their questions, and providing ongoing support

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Consultant with a firm or in-house, in the UAE

Proficiency in drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including but not limited to commercial agreements, legal notices, legal advice, memorandums, Wills, powers of attorney, among others

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
