Portfolio Director (SUP)

Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) is a family-owned business that has evolved into one of the nation's largest wine and spirits wholesalers. They are seeking a Portfolio Director to manage supplier relations, track national incentives, and develop sales processes within the division.

Food & Beverages

Responsibilities

Track national incentives and priority programs
Planning - fiscal calendar and cadence, key meetings, AOP process
Develop sales processes within the division: deploy best practice and sales tools sourced from corporate and other divisions
Operational responsibilities include management of Inventory levels, data management (provide data to supplier), and new items
Work with digital to implement sales tools, including Great vines, BOX, Chatter, and Microstrategy
Monthly reporting such as channel reports, dashboards, distribution, DTG, Category reports, chain scorecards, and all business review templates
NBV Portfolio management. Provides reports and overlay support to drive sales
Analytical Support for digital to target promotions versus current distribution

Required

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred
one to two years related experience, preferably management work with an alcoholic beverage wholesaler or supplier and/or training
equivalent combination of education and experience
Requires a current, valid state driver's license
Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the Company
Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License, as required by the state (i.e. TABC License - Texas)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Previous experience in the Wine and Spirits industry
WSET certifications
