Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and implement new SAP QM solutions based on business requirements
Customize and enhance the SAP QM module and its integration with adjacent systems
Provide expert support to users, resolving issues and addressing evolving needs
Lead and contribute to (sub-)projects, including planning, execution, testing, and go-live
Train end-users and stakeholders on SAP QM processes and tools
Continuously analyze and optimize quality management processes
Support application lifecycle, including problem management and process improvements
Contribute to the development of global SAP QM standards for upcoming rollouts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Willingness and ability to travel internationally
Minimum three (3) years experience in a similar position
Hands-on experience with SAP QM customization and implementation
Proven experience as an SAP QM Consultant, Key User, or Expert, in a manufacturing environment
Strong process knowledge in quality management or service
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with S/4HANA is strongly preferred
