They are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who will take full responsibility for the performance of top clients, manage communication and project management, and conceptualize, build, and scale Paid Social campaigns.

Responsibilities
You take full responsibility for the performance of our top clients from SaaS & Tech Scale-Ups (well-known VC-backed companies)
You manage communication and project management both internally and with clients
You conceptualize, build & scale Paid Social (and ideally Paid Search) campaigns, particularly on Google, LinkedIn & Facebook
You regularly create performance reports with the most important KPIs for your accounts – with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS customer journeys and knowing which KPIs to track
Qualification
Required
Experience: You have already created & managed Paid Social (and possibly Search) campaigns with monthly budgets in the 5- to 6-figure range
Mindset: You have a true growth mindset and feel strongly connected to the start-up mentality
Passion: You love setting up campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn & co. and can't wait to break new growth records
Growth: You want to grow not only in your career but also personally, and are eager to go full throttle with a team of A-players
Language: You have perfect English. German and other languages are a big plus
