The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating brand-direct and agency interest in Mixed-Use assets and properties, while managing the sales processes for various sports and entertainment projects.

Responsibilities
Key sales leader responsible for generating brand-direct and agency interest in Mixed-Use assets and properties
Spearhead media and sponsorship sales processes on behalf of sports stadium & arena developments, entertainment venues, and municipal projects
Primary point-of-contact for major holding company agencies for the Mixed-Use Sales & Strategy vertical
Serve as a liaison for KLUTCH and the Mixed-Use team in various markets, at conferences, and other relevant industry events
Manage your own pipeline, including uploading data into Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms
Work collaboratively with various stakeholders across KLUTCH and UTA, including Brand Insights, Business Solutions, and Global Partnerships
Qualification
Required
5+ years of working experience with media properties, professional sports leagues, teams and/or sports agencies preferred
Bachelor's degree required
Comfort working with high-profile clients or brands
Ability to work collaboratively with the KLUTCH team and other stakeholders
Strong team-focused mindset with a commitment to contributing to collective success
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
