Responsibilities

Designs and develops high quality software solutions by writing clean, maintainable and efficient automation
Leads the application of internal software deployment platform, continuous integration or continuous delivery pipeline and twelve factor development methodology to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases
Partners with cross functional team of product managers, designers and other engineers to gather complex requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
Writes and maintains complex unit tests and integration tests, and performs debugging to maintain the quality and performance of the software, applying test driven development as needed
Recommends options for improving the software development and deployment processes, and implements the approved standards to improve efficiency and reliability
Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation for complex software applications, deployment processes and system configurations
Provides technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues with deployed applications to ensure minimal downtime and fast resolution

Required

Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience
Experience with documentation, mentoring, and collaboration
Experience with VMware, Windows server, and Active Directory
Proficient in infrastructure systems and large scale automated deployments
Ability to travel up to 20% for this position

Preferred

Modern methodologies to manage infrastructure inventory experience
Experience with SQL and proficient in database architectures
5+ years experience with configuration management and automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
