Responsibilities

Perform delivery activities such as analysis, design, configuration, documentation, testing, post implementation support and issue resolution
Provide knowledge around ICE product features and functions and make necessary best practice recommendations
Interact with client and demonstrate understanding of their business and technical needs
Facilitate sessions and drive consensus on approach and best practice solutions for ICE products
Lead projects to completion
Conduct testing and training with client users
Work closely with the client’s project team, project team members, and internal resources such as product management, engineering, and technical support

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in consulting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent at understanding the problem before solving
Manage time and deadlines
Work in a cross-team collaboration model
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

Preferred

Mortgage Industry operational and/or mortgage underwriting experience is a plus
Knowledge of loan origination solutions
