Men’s / Nordstrom Wholesale Account Executive

Eleventy USA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Men’s / Nordstrom Wholesale Account Executive to manage and expand their Nordstrom partnership while supporting the broader men’s wholesale business across the U.S. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the business, including seasonal buying, in-store selling, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Nordstrom Account Management
Lead all commercial activities tied to the Nordstrom business, ensuring strong seasonal performance and consistent growth
Manage in-store seasonal selling, including staff engagement, product knowledge training, and client outreach
Serve as the main point of contact for customer service escalations and resolution
Enter and manage seasonal orders when needed, ensuring accuracy and on-time submission
Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual sales, inventory, and performance reports for HQ, Nordstrom Managers, and DSA’s
Analyze inventory levels and execute monthly reallocations and reorders
Oversee VM execution, store events, Buy Books/Look Books, PK seminars, and sales associate training during key selling periods
General Business Management
Monitor weekly shipping, forecasting, and inventory flow for department store and specialty accounts
Maintain strong professional relationships across retail partners, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams
Provide consistent communication to leadership on performance, opportunities, and risks

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in retail math and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint required)
Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights

Preferred

Prior experience in wholesale, retail, or luxury fashion strongly preferred
