Responsibilities
In collaboration with the Director, take the lead and play a pivotal role in putting together concise competitive intelligence research, reporting back on market trends, looking at competitors and advising the firm on potential new opportunities for the firm
Compile and produce sophisticated market reports, backed up by concise research and analytical data, to report to the senior leadership team to allow the firm to make business development and innovation decisions
Ensure you maintain and continue to develop research methods, making sure they continue to meet the demands of the firm
Be involved in key firm strategic projects, helping them to access trends in specific markets, that will help the firms leadership team make the decisions on lateral hiring, potential expansions and other key firmwide decisions
Monitor regulatory changes affecting the legal market advising the firm accordingly
Qualification
Required
Client and market intelligence background
Clear understanding of the legal sector
Experience operating at a senior management level or seeking a step up into a senior manager role
Ability to support and mentor junior professionals
Lead and play a pivotal role in competitive intelligence research
Compile and produce sophisticated market reports backed by research and analytical data
Maintain and develop research methods to meet firm demands
Involvement in key firm strategic projects
Monitor regulatory changes affecting the legal market
