Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to potential leads to generate new business opportunities and sales

Actively build an online presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to generate leads and build your Booksy brand

Utilize email outreach, social selling, and other channels to engage prospects and follow the prescribed contact strategy to ensure each lead is worked effectively

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by following the Booksy Sales Methodology

Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce), tracking every interaction and lead progression

Required

Outbound Sales Experience: You'll need proven, hands-on experience in Outbound Sales

Sales Tech Fluency: Knowledge and ability to use sales techniques and a proactive ability to use tools like Salesforce (running a sales funnel, marking activities, analyzing reports) and Google Suite

Perseverance: The ability to hold on to views and plans of action despite adversity

Persuasiveness: The ambition to win over other people for your views and ideas and to generate support
