Senior Director of Facilities Operations
Hays Facilities Management is partnered with an exciting organization on a confidential search for a Senior Director of Facilities Operations. The role involves overseeing corporate headquarters and critical environments, managing site services, and executing long-term facilities strategies.
Responsibilities
Oversight of (2) two corporate headquarters, and a 24/7 critical environment
Manage site services, and serve as the primary liaison between Facilities Operations and cross-functional teams including Security, HR, IT, Workplace Experience, Media Operations
Execute long-term facilities strategies, mentor 3 direct reports and other staff, space planning, SLA’s/KPI’s for all 3rd party vendors across both hard and soft FM services
Work proactively with all levels of stakeholders, including the C-Suite
Promote and implement any new technology that will bring FM delivery to a higher level
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years of dedicated high-end facilities operations supporting both top-tier office settings and 24/7 mission-critical settings
Top communicator needed, as this role has exposure at the highest levels of the org chart
A bachelor's degree is preferred
FM industry certifications are a plus (FMP, CFM, or PMP)
Preferred
Preferred experience from domains like Financial Services, Fortune 500, Media or any highly complex organization requiring 24x7 upkeep
