Senior Account Manager, Client Initiatives Program

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for special initiatives with AmazonMGM
Present initiative updates, risks, and progress to client stakeholders
Influence client decision-making toward mutually beneficial outcomes
Attend client meetings and events as required
Manage inbound escalation tickets and partner with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and clearly
Collaborate with Business Excellence on reporting, dashboards, metrics, and data-driven insights
Document and track initiative progress
Lead multi-team special projects across Operations, Localization, Dubbing, Subtitling, Fulfillment, and Technology
Develop project plans, timelines, communication updates, and risk mitigation strategies
Identify workflow gaps and support process improvement initiatives in partnership with operational leads
Ensure initiatives maintain momentum and cross-team alignment

Required

Experience in localization within a studio, streaming, or high-volume operational environment
Strong project and program management skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive clarity in ambiguous scenarios
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Strong data literacy and comfort with dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI interpretation
Ability to influence without authority
Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, Teams, and operational reporting tools

Preferred

Familiarity with Deluxe structures, teams, workflows, or terminology
Familiarity with Amazon Studios' operational norms or experience supporting Amazon as a client
Experience in Senior Account Management, Program Management, or Client Services leadership
Exposure to process improvement, PMO frameworks, or Business Excellence
Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau
