Responsibilities
Create high-quality, pixel-perfect creative content for digital executions such as email, web, social posts, print, and merchandise
Collaborate closely with business teams, participating in asset review sessions and ensuring creative aligns with enterprise goals
Support departments beyond the immediate division, including external agencies
Manage multiple projects under tight timelines, prioritizing tasks with Creative Services management and Project Management teams
Conduct follow-up correspondence with client teams to ensure timely completion of projects
Take on new opportunities and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
Experience in managing creative projects and working in a team environment
Proficiency in graphic design, photography, and both technical and freeform drawing
Strong understanding of customer experience principles and how design impacts user engagement
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Preferred
Experience in videography, video editing, and computer graphics (CG) is a plus
