NBCUniversal is one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies. They are seeking a Senior Manager on the Direct-to-Consumer finance team to analyze and evaluate subscriber revenue, develop internal analytics, and assess growth initiatives for the Peacock streaming business.

Responsibilities

Assist in development of subscriber Customer Lifetime Value with focus on key underlying subscriber behavior/metrics

Develop, enhance, and maintain financial models to support key business decisions including content strategy, promotional offers, marketing, and product optimization opportunities

Partner with operating leaders and Decision Sciences to research and analyze issues and questions raised by leadership to inform decision-making

Report, as needed, on subscriber metrics and serve as KPI expert distilling actionable insights from business trends

Develop presentation materials that effectively communicate model output/assumptions, business performance, and other key topics to leadership

Required

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of relevant finance/strategy experience in media, direct-to-consumer subscription, management/strategy consulting, investment banking or similar fields

Proven quantitative and analytical skills, including significant financial modeling experience

Preferred

Strong interest in the media industry, specifically in streaming video

Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize data and complex information, and present succinctly to executives and stakeholders at all levels

Strategic thinking with strong intellectual curiosity

Ability to navigate through ambiguity, collaborate effectively, and build consensus in a highly matrixed environment

Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-moving, hard-working team
