Responsibilities

Provide technical support for resolution of customer IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries
Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents
Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently
Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Provide training and support to team members to foster a culture of excellence
Troubleshooting of hardware failures, performance issues, and connectivity concerns
Assessment of user and departmental hardware needs
Support for urgent issues to minimize workflow disruptions
Tagging, tracking, and inventory management for all hardware assets

Required

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting an enterprise environment that includes pc break/fix, asset management, and ticketing systems
Advanced proficiency in Customer Satisfaction
Advanced proficiency in Customer Technical Support
Proficiency with MS Outlook
Experience with ServiceNow Incident Management

Preferred

Network and Server Skills
Prior Team Management Experience
Previous Participation in IT Audits
MS Certification
Asset Management Experience
Knowledge of ISO Standards
