Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions
Configure and optimize Jira and Confluence environments, including migrations and plugin management
Integrate corporate tools (on-prem, AWS, SaaS) for provisioning and reporting
Implement AI-driven enhancements for workflows and business processes
Build automation using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Groovy) and AI/ML APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements
Maintain technical documentation and user guides
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of software development experience
Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Groovy
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and SDLC methodologies
Expertise in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management – Data Center)
Familiarity with AI/ML applications for automation and analytics
Mandatory Skills: Jira Ops
Preferred
Atlassian certification is a plus
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
Knowledge of ITSM tools and enterprise integrations (e.g., ServiceNow, Okta, Slack)
Exposure to AI prompt engineering or LLM integrations
