Responsibilities
Support event operations, including setup, teardown, and product sampling
Coordinate event logistics, such as shipping samples and POP materials, while working with agencies
Support in-kind donations for events similar to OC Japan Fair that drives trial and awareness for the company's brand
Assist in developing post-event reports and key takeaways to share learnings and resolutions
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or currently pursuing a degree
Minimum of 6 months of work experience
Ability to work flexibly including weekends and/or holidays
Ability to drive and travel locally for day trips
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
Ability to lift 30 lbs (occasionally)
College students are welcome- but requires long term commitment
