Develop relationships with store leadership to understand pressure and friction points
Support field conference calls to educate and gain insights
Analyze data and develop guidance with low performing Markets
At times will travel to problematic areas to help learn, teach and gain insights
Lead and execute complex projects and programs from planning to rollout
Analyze data to identify trends and recommend business solutions
Develop and implement operational tools and process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
Mentor and develop associates, fostering a culture of growth and belonging
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Expertise in process improvement and operational efficiency
Experience in financial services or a related field
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
