They are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join their Website Engineering team to build features within their Website ecosystem and optimize their tech ecosystem for scale.

Responsibilities

Working across the stack to build features within beehiiv’s Website ecosystem and product offerings
Prioritizing and triaging a backlog of in-demand feature requests and bugs
Transitioning our tech ecosystem into a more robust and performant version of itself, continuously optimizing for scale
Documenting your thought processes and development
Bringing new ideas to work, suggesting creative solutions, and collaborating with others to get the absolute best product to market

Qualification

Ruby on RailsReactTypescriptREST APIsPostgreSQLTroubleshooting skillsAgile developmentWYSIWYG editorsAI-native featuresClickhouse

Required

5+ years of relevant work experience
Experience building production applications with Ruby on Rails, React, and Typescript
Exceptional understanding of REST APIs
An intuitive sense for building world-class user experiences
Experience working with WYSIWYG editors
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience building AI-native features
Experience working with an agile development team

Preferred

Familiarity with the Website Builder ecosystem
Experience working on small, highly productive engineering teams
Experience optimizing high-throughput PostgreSQL databases
Keen design eye
Experience with Clickhouse
