The role involves representing clients in legal proceedings, conducting legal research, managing a caseload, and providing expert legal advice while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in the office and in court and during legal proceedings, ensuring their rights and interests are effectively protected

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide sound legal advice

Manage a caseload from initial consultation to resolution, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing legal arguments, making court appearances and negotiating settlements

Must be able to conduct legal consultations and provide expert legal advice to clients, explaining legal options, potential outcomes, and strategies pertaining to their case

Ensure all legal practices and personal and professional conduct adhere to state and federal regulations and ethical requirements and stay updated on changes in the law

Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and promptly addressing their concerns
