Qualification
Required
Experts in large-scale compute clusters, high-performance networking, and distributed systems
Skilled in Linux systems, InfiniBand, Slurm, performance tuning, and energy-efficient architecture
Strong prospects for HPC Systems, Performance, or Infrastructure Engineering roles within our hardware and software ecosystem teams
Specialists in compilers, parallel algorithms, and system optimization
Typically hands-on with Arm, x86, and GPU architectures; often publish or maintain performance tools
Ideal for performance engineering, compiler optimization, and R&D roles
Work on profilers, debuggers, build systems, and HPC software stacks
Experience across C/C++, Python, and parallel programming (MPI, OpenMP, CUDA, SYCL)
Relevant for software enablement, performance tooling, and developer ecosystem positions
Focused on scaling AI training and inference across HPC architectures
Interested in energy efficiency, hardware acceleration, and performance portability
Excellent pipeline for AI systems, ML compiler, or hardware-software co-design roles
Bridge deep technical knowledge with practical system design and customer collaboration
Often represent vendors or integration partners; familiar with multi-architecture environments
Good fits for solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, and partner-facing engineering roles
Strong talent pool from national labs and research universities
Looking for industry exposure and full-time opportunities
Excellent for entry-level engineering and internship pipelines, particularly in HPC, AI, and systems
