Provision users, change user access levels for requested users, and remove users on their softwares when offboarded
Reset passwords for locked out users
Act as CSV SME for Change Controls
Troubleshoot issues with their software systems and analytical instruments
Point of contact with software vendors
Set up laptops
Provide support as needed to the IT department
