Responsibilities

Manage strategic payer portfolios across all states and segments to maximize platform contribution, including building multi-year strategic plans

Develop and build strong, collaborative relationships with payer partners to align and execute on shared priorities, including preparation and leadership of payer national JOCs, drive payer-specific coordination across Aledade functional teams (ie., data, quality, financial, growth workstreams), consistent creation and sharing of Aledade’s value story

Contribute to the company's goals on health plan contracting for commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid value-based contracts via your assigned payer partnerships

Develop, lead, and mentor a team for strong execution and effective storytelling with data; develop and implement processes to increase productivity of team to practice at the top of license

Required

Bachelor's degree

12 yrs. experience in health plan contracting, payer relations, or healthcare strategy in value-based care, preferably with Medicare Advantage; 6-8 yrs. management experience

Expert in relationship management and portfolio management

Proven ability to build and lead a high performing team

Excellent storytelling with data skills to influence and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders

Strong strategic planning and analytical skills

Ability to assess financial and operational outcomes of contracts

Passionate about driving the shift from fee-for-service to value based care

Ability to think beyond one's immediate team and contribute to making Aledade holistically better
