They are seeking a Digital Banking - Implementation Specialist I to act as a customer liaison for various software products, responsible for testing software applications and executing customer implementations.

Responsibilities

Act as a customer liaison for various software products and third party interfaces
Responsible for testing and evaluating software applications, as well as executing customer implementations

Qualification

Required

Minimum of two years in banking or financial services, preferably in a technical or operational capacity
Effective written and oral communication abilities
Ability to analyze information, formulate conclusions, and provide recommendation
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to think critically
Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new technology
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite
This job will have significant exposure to NPCI
Access to customer database
Proprietary information

Preferred

Associate's degree in Business or IT preferred but will consider appropriate work experience/certifications
Understanding of relational databases a plus
EFT, ATM/Debit Card, Internet Banking/Mobile Technology, a plus
Quality Assurance experience a plus
COCC INSIGHT or DNA CORE experience a plus
