Responsibilities
Develop financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and projections
Ensure compliance with GAAP and provide research-based insights on accounting and financial questions
Prepare for SEC audits and reviews while assessing and improving financial processes and internal controls
Review financial statements for public and private sector clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with disclosure requirements
Oversee engagement performance, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Provide accounting and financial guidance through data analysis and interpretation
Qualification
Required
5 years of public accounting experience A MUST
Bachelor's degree with a focus in Accounting
Knowledge of SEC accounting with a strong understanding of BCF's, derivatives, and equity valuation a MUST
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
Possess outstanding project management and analytical skills; must be able to prioritize
Preferred
CPA / MBA Preferred
Knowledge of tax provisions a plus
