Responsibilities
Lead strategy, planning, implementation, and ongoing support of Epic HB & PB applications and related third-party systems
Drive integration and interoperability across administrative, financial, and revenue cycle systems
Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing IS team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Serve as the key IS partner for Finance, Support Services, Administrative, and Development departments
Oversee complex projects, ensure alignment with deadlines and organizational objectives, and provide on-call support as needed
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Epic experience in healthcare (required)
Experience with Patient Accounting, Finance, HR, Materials Management, and Revenue Cycle systems
Proven leadership in managing technical teams and large-scale system implementations
Strong project management, budgeting, and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
