They are seeking an Architecture Manager to support their growing architectural team, focusing on leadership, operational management, and employee development within the firm.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Vice President on overall strategic direction of the group

Align resources in our multiple offices to meet existing and future growth, goals and objectives across our service industries (including federal, municipal, industrial and commercial clientele)

Recruiting and hiring for all offices

Scheduling resources for all programs

Process improvement for intake of architecture design work from the different programs

Employee development

Some project management based on project type and group needs

Effective people management and leadership skills

Support pursuits in concert with other Pond Leadership and our Marketing team

Responsible for day-to-day operations and overall resource management and financial metrics

Responsible for working with Project Managers and Design Team for day to day decisions on resource allocation, staffing, and project budgets

Responsible for assessment of resources and effectiveness to meet current and future needs

Review and approve of new hires

Responsible for training, mentoring, and professional development of direct reports and program team members

Oversee and actively manage our Quality Assurance Program

Assist the architectural practice in branding Pond as an industry recognized technical expert

Required

B. Arch or M. Arch at an accredited university

Architectural Licensure is required

15+ years of related experience including people and project management

Ability to help us grow our practice

Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Preferred

NCARB certification is preferred
