Responsibilities

Promote, maintain, and increase sales for equipment, labels, and consumables
Efficiently and effectively close new business
Identify new opportunities with both new and existing customers through calls, follow-ups, and other prospecting methods
Understand customer needs and provide solutions aligned with Bizerba’s offerings
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bizerba products while monitoring competitor activity
Build and strengthen relationships to support long-term regional growth
Use company tools to log activity, forecast opportunities, and manage CRM to standard
Travel expected up to 80%

Required

Bachelor's Degree required
Strong background in territory management with proven account and revenue growth
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with CRM systems
Strong time management, organization, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities
The ideal candidate must reside in Kansas, Missouri, or Nebraska

Preferred

Equipment sales experience in the food industry (preferred)
Experience with automated equipment, labels, and consumables is a plus
