They are seeking a Software Trainer who will deliver high-quality training and consulting services to customers, empowering users to effectively utilize their software through engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Leading public training classes, private sessions, and web-based training
Hosting interactive seminars and collaborating with clients to tailor training to their needs
Traveling across the U.S. (and occasionally internationally) to deliver on-site training
Partnering with instructional designers to shape impactful learning materials
Sharing expertise through articles and internal knowledge resources
Staying ahead of the curve on SoftPro products and industry trends
Supporting quality assurance for new product releases
Providing consultative insights on customer workflows and best practices

Qualification

Escrow/closing industry experienceCustomer-facing experienceTraining experienceCommunication skillsCollaborative mindset

Required

Experience in the escrow/closing industry and at least 2+ years in a customer-facing role
Strong communication skills and a knack for making complex topics easy to understand
A positive, energetic personality and a collaborative mindset
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (prior SoftPro experience is a bonus)
