Outside Sales Person
Blackhole Technologies is a leading provider of advanced telematics and fleet management solutions. They are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business development and expand their customer base by cultivating relationships and providing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals
Conduct product presentations and demos for fleet management, GPS tracking, camera systems, upfitting, and other integrated solutions
Develop a strong understanding of Blackhole Tech's product suite and customer use cases
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, implementation, and marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in B2B outside sales (experience in fleet, automotive, logistics, or technology sales a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-starter with a results-driven mentality
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Preferred
Familiarity with telematics, GPS tracking, or fleet management solutions
Experience working with reseller programs or partner sales models
