Responsibilities
Manage the site’s CAPA system and auditing tool, including training and technical support for local staff
Monitor CAPA progress proactively to ensure timely implementation
Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities
Analyze the site’s Quality System for compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
Support preparation of quality-related documentation and process analysis
Provide technical guidance on complex issues; interpret quality standards and regulatory requirements
Perform independent internal audits and support internal, external, and customer audits
Maintain and update site-level quality system policies, procedures, and work instructions
Provide Quality Management with JOS and key plant metrics updates
Assist in developing and maintaining JOS metrics for the Quality Systems department
Support software and systems validation plan requirements for applicable computer systems
Work safely and comply with Environmental Health and Safety standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Certified internal auditor or advanced knowledge of Regulatory and ISO standards (Automotive, Telecom, Medical Device, or other industry QMS/EMS standards)
Strong working knowledge of Root Cause Analysis
Ability to interface with third-party auditors, customers, and vendors
Strong project management, statistical analysis, and problem-solving skills
High-level computer skills (Windows and Microsoft Office applications)
Ability to work under tight deadlines with changing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
