Sales Engineer
Cypress HCM is seeking a Sales Engineer to lead discovery sessions, deliver technical demos, and run Proof of Value engagements for their innovative platform. The role involves collaborating closely with the sales team to enhance customer engagement and accelerate sales cycles.

Lead discovery meetings, deliver product demos, and conduct technical PoVs/PoCs
Translate complex customer requirements into practical, technical solutions
Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process
Clearly communicate the platform’s value in addressing customer needs
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners
Qualification
Required
7+ years of enterprise B2B experience in a technical, customer-facing role
Excellent written, verbal, and technical presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels, from executives to end users
Broad understanding of IT/OT security and compliance solutions
Strong ownership mentality with a proven track record of delivering results on complex initiatives
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with scripting languages is a plus
4+ years of experience selling endpoint security or related solutions is highly desirable
