Responsibilities

Perform various administrative duties such as data gathering, qualitative and quantitative analysis, projects, program development, and coordination of duties in support of Physical Plant Assistant Director of Utilities
Direct and coordinate staff in the operation and maintenance of heat generating, air conditioning, HVAC and electrical equipment
Plan, direct and coordinate programs involving systems maintenance, health safety issues, and energy conservation

Qualification

Required

New York State Department of Civil Service Eligible List or eligible for transfer
Must possess and maintain a valid NYS Driver's License
