Summarizing private investment agreements; preparing subscription agreements and investor questionnaires; and preparing initial draft side letters
Coordination with external counsel and investment professionals
Tracking and maintaining key investment and legal documentation, including managing deadlines and compliance requirements
Assisting in drafting and managing contracts, interacting with vendors, reviewing invoices, and reporting on contract compliance
Preparing responses to open records, opinion requests, and audit inquiries
Performing legal research and analysis
Reviewing and editing legal documents
Maintaining investment and compliance calendars, organized legal files, and using document management systems
