Supervisor, Electrical Maintenance and Instrumentation

They are seeking a Supervisor for Electrical Maintenance and Instrumentation to lead a team of EIA Technicians, manage maintenance activities, and drive asset health strategies.

Responsibilities
Help shape the maintenance expense budget for your area and make smart decisions that drive efficiency
Champion internal work standards to keep quality and safety at the forefront
Lead your team with clear direction and constructive feedback so everyone knows their role and goals
Coach and develop talent, addressing performance issues and helping employees grow their careers at Mosaic
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance plans to keep operations running smoothly
Own the weekly maintenance workflow schedule and ensure everything stays on track
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Working knowledge of SAP or other related CMMS
5+ years of related experience
Journeyperson Electrician or related certification
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
2+ years of supervisory experience
