Responsibilities
Lead a team of IT professionals responsible for supporting both on-premises and SaaS applications
Ensure reliability, performance, and alignment of applications with business objectives
Evaluate and provide performance coaching and development guidance to staff
Oversee the efficient and effective delivery of IT services within the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders
Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in information technology, healthcare, or a related business field, or at least 5 years of related work experience
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and influence others
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Understanding of healthcare processes and application system coordination
Ability to manage concurrent priorities and work effectively in a changing environment
Proficiency in teamwork, customer service, and organizational skills
Accountability for results and outcomes
