Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as complex financial calculations, processing market transactions, file interface automations, and data reconciliations
Provide in-depth product support and researching client issues
Troubleshoot problems with software applications/environments and recommend corrective action
Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
Combine your business, technology and product training to be able to understand all facets of the software, the business plan and the client requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
You are an excellent communicator and strong problem-solver
Preferred
Knowledge of FIS products a plus
