Responsibilities
Technical sourcing across the full Technology organization, including Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Architecture, and Product Management
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Technical Recruiters to understand evolving hiring needs, team dynamics, and success profiles across all of our technical teams
Build pipelines and proactively identify, engage, and nurture passive talent through advanced research, market mapping, and multi-channel outreach
Participate in special projects and initiatives including continuous improvement related to all sourcing techniques and process flows while leveraging technology / automation
Influence hiring teams with data-driven recommendations around talent market realities and sourcing prioritization

Qualification
Required
2+ years of technical sourcing / recruiting experience with a minimum of 1 year in an in-house recruiting environment
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
Proven success delivering passive pipelines for hard-to-fill or high-volume Technical teams
Experience building and utilizing a variety of creative sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
ATS experience (WorkDay is ideal) with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
A proactive vs reactive, sourcing mindset with the confidence to communicate insights, challenges, and recommendations directly to leaders
Flexibility to jump in and support searches across any vertical of the business whenever bandwidth shifts or high-priority roles emerge
Ability to quickly evaluate and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
