Responsibilities

Implement and maintain BIM standards and workflows on projects

Assist with project setup using Revit and AutoCAD platforms

Create and modify Revit families, AutoCAD blocks, and other parametric objects

Troubleshoot project-related issues in AutoCAD/Revit

Conduct quality control checks on BIM models for accuracy and completeness

Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM tools and processes

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to exchange BIM data

Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends

Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with other BIM staff

Required

5+ years of relevant experience (mid-level)

Strong knowledge of BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, Dynamo)

Familiarity with BIM standards and protocols (e.g., IFC, COBie)

Experience with parametric modeling and content creation

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

High school diploma and relevant job experience or an associate degree

Preferred

Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit or AutoCAD preferred
