Regional Sales Manager
Ideal Restoration is a company dedicated to providing recovery solutions during emergencies. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will build and maintain relationships to ensure that clients think of you first when disaster strikes, while also navigating a long sales cycle.
Responsibilities
Stay top of mind so that when an emergency happens, we’re the first call
Building trust, maintaining relationships, and navigating a long sales cycle
Out in the field, dropping by properties, strengthening connections with existing clients, and opening doors with new contacts
Find the right contacts, build rapport, and keep relationships warm even when there’s no immediate crisis
Have clear targets with the flexibility to approach our proven process in your own way
Introducing yourself to a facility manager, following up with an affordable housing client managing 50 locations, or securing a Master Service Agreement before they need it
Ensure our clients get immediate help, minimizing damage and getting back to business—fast
Check in, drop by and find ways to add value even when there’s no immediate need
Keep the conversation warm, finding creative ways to stay relevant
Navigate the layers of decision-makers inside a facility
Work through champions to get buy-in where it matters
Follow a structured sales process, making the CRM your best friend
Be comfortable being on the move—dropping off materials, walking job sites, or joining facility walkthroughs
Log client notes, write follow-ups or review site reports
Qualification
Required
Experience in property management, facilities, construction, or restoration
Experience selling into commercial building services like HVAC, plumbing, janitorial, or similar
Ability to navigate layers of decision-makers inside a facility
Comfortable talking to anyone from a shop floor supervisor to a C-suite executive
Ability to work through champions to get buy-in where it matters
Follow a structured sales process
Proficient in using CRM systems
Comfortable being on the move—dropping off materials, walking job sites, or joining facility walkthroughs
Ability to lift or carry 30 lbs or more
Valid California Driver's License
Reside in San Francisco or in the East Bay (Oakland, Richmond, Walnut Creek, Berkeley, etc.)
Preferred
Relationship-driven B2B hunter
Experience in long sales cycles
Ability to maintain relationships even when there's no immediate crisis
